Solidarity with the Movement for Black Lives and racial justice

June 11, 2020

Change the Talk stands fiercely against the systemic and institutional racism towards Black communities that persists in this country. We firmly condemn police brutality and violence in all forms. Although we are focused on preventing sexual violence, we are deeply aware of the historic intersections between gender-based violence and racial violence in this country. The movement against sexual violence and gender injustice must stand in full solidarity with the Movement for Black Lives and racial justice--yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

We will be lifting up the voices of Black community members and sharing anti-racist actions for our followers. Please join us in action. Please join us in speaking truth to power. Please join us in resisting oppression and racism.
